    The Customer Service Building is a new construction. It is designed as an office building and is located on the premises of Agility Public warehousing next to the main head office building. The building provides proper and comfortable work place for the customers and employees.

    It consists of a ground floor and two more floors. The floors are designed for open office spaces in the core and enclosed office spaces in the periphery of the building. All needed for the functionality of the offices other service facilities, lifts and restrooms are also provided.

    Heating and Cooling Systems

    The HVAC plant is a Cooling plant only because of the very small heating demand. It consists of double effect absorption chiller, which provides chilled water for the building's HVAC systems. As an energy source for the chiller a renewable energy system which is of the "Solar Thermal System" type is designed. For the periods when the indoor HVAC systems require heating, the heating is provided by electric heaters integrated in the air systems. Heating and cooling inside the building spaces is provided by several air systems. All systems are constant volume air supply type.

    The Solar Thermal System consists of:

    Solar Field - 117 MT-Power panels, aperture area 215 m2, panel tilt 20O; Thermal Process Characteristics: Peak power - 118 kW; Temperatures: 165/180 OC. Other components - 3 m3 storage tank, natural gas-fired heater, circulation pump.

    Ventilation systems. Ventilation systems are the same AHU and Fan coil equipment which are used as heating/cooling systems.
