EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hamilton Standard-Nauka is expanding its production facility by
completing the second phase of a construction project aimed at doubling the
facility’s floor area. The second phase production facility is a new building
construction directly connected to the first phase building. It is a single
volume hall divided internally into two zones - one for manufacturing and one
for the offices and working personnel.
Heating
Building supply with hot water for heating is provided by the central
boiler plant located in phase 1 of the facility. The heating of the building is
established via aluminum radiators for the office premises and tube heating
units for the production zone. The heating agent is also transported to the
heating registers of the Air handling units and to the air curtains above the
main entrance door.
Ventilation
The ventilation systems are 100% dedicated outdoor air system without
energy recovery. There are two supply ventilation systems for the production
zones and one for the office area.
