The Heat Exchanger for Manufacture is a new production facility, housing a new building construction. It is a single volume hall divided internally into two zones - one for manufacturing and one for the offices and working personnel with total gross floor area of 4 456 m2.
The COMMISSIONING PROCESS is encompassing the following base building systems:
HVAC systems
Boiler plant. A central boiler plant is providing hot water to all space heating equipment. Fuel type - natural gas.
Ventilation systems. The ventilation systems are 100% dedicated outdoor air system without energy recovery. There are two ventilation systems for the production facilities and one ventilation system for the office area.
Domestic hot water system. There is a separate circulation loop with heat exchangers connected to the boiler plant, where the city water enters and after passing through the heat exchanger, is further directed to the domestic hot water system of the building.
Automatic control system. An automatic control system is provided for the major HVAC systems with a registration and printout possibilities.
Lighting
Interior lighting consists of energy efficient lamps and electronic ballasts. For lighting controls: interior lighting controls consist of zone switches, and the production area - of two position panel switches.
Outdoor lighting fixtures are controlled by switches with time clock combination.
