Building Description

The ALCON II Office Building is a new construction with 9 aboveground floors and 3 underground floors.

The building is mixed use offices and retail. The offices are located on the 3-9 floors. The building's administrative offices and staff areas are located on the 1st floor. The public canteen spaces are designed on the 7th flооr. There are parking spaces, technical and utility rooms located on the underground floors. The main HVAC technical equipment is located on the roof at level +37.18.
