  • EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    The BOGENHAUS Building is a new construction, designed as mixed use apart-hotel and office. It is built on the site of an existing building of cultural value.The building is U-shaped concrete construction with various numbers of aboveground floors and one underground level. The parking lot, the café’s technical and staff premises and the technical rooms are located on the underground level. The first floor consists of main entrance, separate entrance for the offices, service facilities, café, offices and the hotel administrative offices. The remaining floors have been designed as hotel rooms.

    Heating and Cooling

    Building supply with hot water for heating and DHW is provided by the central district heating systems via local district heating substation equipped with control and safety fittings.The cold water for the air conditioning of the building is provided by an air-cooled chiller, installed on the roof of the building. To prevent the system from freezing the cold-water system is divided in two circles – external with cold propylene glycol and internal –water.

    Ventilation

    The mechanical conditioning ventilation of the building is established via 7 air handling units located on the roof of the building and in technical premises
